Peach Pecan Pound Cake

Ingredients

1 cup of butter (softened)
2 cups of sugar
6 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
3 cups of all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 cups of sour cream
2 1/2-3 cups of diced fresh peaches
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
Confectioners sugar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 10 inch bundt pan.

In a mixing bowl cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix well. Continue mixing while adding flour, baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla extract and sour cream. Fold in peaches and pecans.

Bake for 60-70 minutes or until test done. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Dust with confectioners sugar and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
