Pecan Peach Pie

Ingredients

3/4 cup of sour cream
3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of all spice
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 egg (beaten)
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
4 cups of sliced peaches (fresh or frozen. If using frozen thaw peaches first)
1 9 inch unbaked pie shell
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup of chopped pecans

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400. In a large bowl mix sour cream, flour, sugar, cinnamon, all spice, salt, vanilla and egg. Fold in peaches and pecans and pour in pie pan.

Topping Instructions:

In a small bowl cut butter into flour and sugar.  I use a fork and just kind of mash it all up together.  Stir nuts in to the topping and sprinkle topping over the entire pie before baking.

Bake on 400 for 15 minutes. Turn oven down to 350 and bake for another 45 minutes until pie tests done. Let pie sit for at least an hour before slicing.
