How to Grill Corn on The Cob In the Husk

Soak corn cobs in a clean sink or large pot of cold water for 15 minutes.

Remove from water and gently peel back the corn husks from the cob, leaving the husk in tact. Remove the silk strands from the cob.

Season the corn with salt and pepper, to taste, and place 2 to 3 knobs of butter onto the cob. Gently fold the husks back over the cob to cover completely.

Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat (about 500 degrees). Place corn cobs on a grill rack and cook with the lid closed for 15 to 20 minutes, rotating every 5 minutes.

Shuck your corn and remove silk strands from the cobs. Either cut in half, or keep whole depending on serving preferences.

Season the corn cobs with salt and pepper to taste, and place 2 to 3 knobs of butter on top of each cob. Wrap each cob in aluminum foil so that it is completely covered.
