Summer Fruit Salad

Ingredients

1 large pineapple
2 pounds strawberries
4 large kiwis
1/4 cup lemon juice ((about 1 lemon))
2 tablespoons sugar ((or honey))
1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions

For the pineapple, slice the ends off 1 large pineapple and cut away the peel. Cut the fruit away from the core and dice into bite-sized cubes. Strawberries:

For the strawberries, rinse them thoroughly, hull them to remove the stems, and cut the big strawberries into slices or quarters.

For the kiwis, slice them in half and use a spoon to remove the fruit from the peel. Cut into bite-sized wedges.

Combine all the prepared fruit in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle1/4 cup lemon juice over fruit. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon poppy seeds over and then stir gently to combine.

Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
