Ingredients

1 pound shrimp (peeled, deveined and cooked)
1 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup diced onion or can use green onions
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon honey Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
1/4 teaspoon dill weed (Opt.)
2 teaspoons lemon juice (Opt.)

Combine all ingredients and mix with a spoon. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
