Homemade Cookie Butter

Ingredients

8 ounces biscoff cookies
1/2 cup melted salted butter
1/3 cup hot water
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

Break 8 ounces biscoff cookies into smaller pieces and place in food processor. Pulse the cookies until they are fine crumbs.

Pour in the hot 1/2 cup melted salted butter, 1/3 cup hot water, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 1 teaspoon vanilla and pulse until smooth.

Store in an airtight container in refrigerator. Spread on toast, waffles, cookies or whatever your heart desires!
