Ingredients

3 bunches pechay
2 eggs (beaten)
2 tomatoes
5 cloves garlic (minced)
1 onion (minced)
1 cup water
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Fish sauce and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

Heat oil in a pan. Sauté garlic, onion, and tomatoes.

Add the pechay. Sauté for 20 seconds and then pour water. Let it boil.

Gently pour the beaten egg around the pan. Stir and continue cooking until the eggs start to solidify.

Season with fish sauce and ground black pepper. Serve with rice.
