5 pound boneless pork butt
4 tablespoons minced garlic ((about 12 cloves))
2 tablespoons minced ginger
2 tablespoons Sea Salt ((Hawaiian Pink Salt is preferred))
2 tablespoons hickory liquid smoke

Slow Cooker Instructions

Place a 5 pound boneless pork butt into the base of a 6 quart slow cooker. Rub 4 tablespoons minced garlic, 2 tablespoons minced ginger and 2 tablespoons Sea Salt all over the roast. Drizzle 2 tablespoons hickory liquid smoke over the top.

Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours until roast is easily shredded with a fork.

Shred pork directly in slow cooker and stir meat in with juices. Serve plain, over rice, or on a bun!
