Pulled Chicken with Alabama White Sauce

Ingredients

2 lbs-2.5lbs of skinless (boneless chicken breasts)
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1/2 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon of Liquid Smoke
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 cup of chicken broth or stock
1 cup of mayonnaise
1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 teaspoons of white or brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of cayenne

Instructions

Chicken Instructions

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.

Alabama White Sauce Instructions

Wisk all ingredients together and chill for 1 hour. This makes around 1.5 cups of white sauce.

Serve chicken on hamburger buns, top with pickles and red onions, and pour white sauce over the top. This should make 6-8 sandwiches.
