Oven Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

1 bunch of asparagus
2 Tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves (minced)
3/4 tsp kosher salt (or to taste)
1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Wash and dry the asparagus. Then trim the ends off the asparagus (about 1 inch off).

Place the trimmed asparagus onto a baking sheet and drizzle on the olive oil.

Add the minced garlic on top and season with salt and pepper. Then use your clean hands to mix everything together well.

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Roast for about 13-16 minutes, rotating half-way through. Note: skinny spears will cook a little faster.
