Cottage Cheese Pizza

Ingredients

7 oz (200g) cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup (40g) flour
1/2 cup (50g) mozzarella
Salami or pepperoni slices
3 tbsp (45g) Tomato sauce
1 tbsp (10g) Parmezan cheese
freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350F (180C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the cottage cheese crust.

In a medium bowl, add cottage cheese with eggs, garlic powder, oregano and flour. Mix to combine.

Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and using the back of a spoon, spread the mixture to form a circle.

Bake the crust for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool for 5 minutes.

Assemble the pizza.

Spread the tomato sauce over the crust.

Top with grated mozzarella cheese.

Top with salami or pepperoni slices, or your favorite toppings.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and enjoy!
