Dill Pickle Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
½ cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons dried parsley (or 1 tablespoon freshly chopped )
1½ teaspoons dried dill (or 2 teaspoons freshly chopped)
¼ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
â…' teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
2 medium dill pickles (grated, optional)
3 to 4 tablespoons dill pickle juice

Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, and cayenne if using.

If using, grate the dill pickle with the larger side of a box grater and add to the dressing.

Stir in the dill pickle juice, 1 tablespoon at a time, to reach desired consistency.

Transfer to a mason jar and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Shake well before serving.
