Avocado Dressing

Ingredients

1 large ripe avocado (8 oz.) ((about 1 cup diced avocado))
¼ cup loosely packed fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
½ teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
â…' teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
â…' teaspoon ground cumin
¼ cup water ((see note))

Instructions

Blend all ingredients together in a small blender or a mini food processor until smooth.

Taste and season as desired. Add more water, if desired to thin the consistency (see note).

Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
