Instructions

Heat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line an 18 x 13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.

In a large bowl, combine the 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 teaspoons salt , 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Toss well to coat the chicken evenly.

Take the seasoned chicken thighs and place them in a single layer on the lined baking sheet. Drizzle any remaining oil and seasoning from the bowl over the chicken for extra flavor.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and cook for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, flip the chicken thighs over. Return the pan to the oven.

Bake for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken thighs over. Continue baking for another 10-12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 175°F (80°C) when checked with a meat thermometer.

Serve with your favorite side and enjoy!
