Ingredients

2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar)
½ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon dill
¼ teaspoon chives
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon paprika
2 to 4 tablespoons Frank's Red Hot
¼ cup sour cream (or greek yogurt)
¼ cup buttermilk

Instructions

Add the egg yolks, lemon juice, and olive oil to a tall container that will fit your immersion blender. Blend until creamy. Optional: substiture ½ cup mayo here.

Add the reamining ingredients and whisk together.

Add the sour cream and buttermilk (if using). Whisk until combined.
