Pickle Ice Cream

Ingredients

1½ cups heavy cream (divided)
1½ cup whole milk
¾ cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon dried dill
cup very finely minced dill pickles (or minced pickle relish)

Instructions

Whisk together the cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, and dried dill. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.

When the mixture is almost done churning, add the finely minced pickles. Transfer to an airtight container and place in the freezer until ready to serve.
