Asian Salad Dressing

Ingredients

¼ cup rice wine vinegar
3 tablespoons coconut oil (or other mildly flavored oil)
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seed oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari)
2 teaspoons ginger (grated)
2 cloves garlic (pressed)
1 tablespoons shallot (minced, optional)
1 tablespoons honey
1 to 2 teaspoons water (to thin if needed)

Instructions

Add all of the ingredients, except for the oil, to a medium-sized bowl. Whisk together. 

Slowly drizzle in the oil, while continuing to whisking vigorously. 

Alternative Mixing Instructions

Mason Jar: Add the ingredients to a mason jar. Shake until mixed well.

High-Speed blender or food processor: Add all of the ingredients to your food processor or blender. Mix until well combined.
