Easy Oreo Truffles

Ingredients

36 Oreo cookies (about 1 (14-ounce) package)
8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
16 ounces chocolate chips (semi-sweet, milk, or white)

Instructions

Use a food processor or blender to finely crush 36 Oreo cookiesOr place them in a resealable plastic bag and use a rolling pin or other similar object to crush the cookies into fine crumbs.

Add 8 ounces cream cheese to the crushed Oreos and blend or mix until well combined.

Roll the mixture into 1 1/2 - 2" balls and place on a parchment lined sheet. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until balls are firm.

Place 16 ounces chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second increments to melt, stirring between, until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted.

Use a fork to carefully dip the Oreo balls into the melted chocolate. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off and and place them back on the parchment-lined sheet.

Refrigerate another 15-20 minutes, or until you are ready to enjoy them!
