Instructions

Place 4 packages of Swiss Rolls in the freezer until firm, at least 4-6 hours, or overnight.

Whisk together the cream, milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's directions.

While the ice cream is churning, slice each of the Swiss Rolls very thin and place the sliced pieces on a plate. Return the sliced Swiss Rolls to the freezer until ready to assemble the ice cream.

When the ice cream has finished churning, scoop about of the ice cream into a freezer-safe container, and drizzle the ice cream with a couple of tablespoons of chocolate sauce. Layer about of the frozen sliced Swiss Rolls over the ice cream. Repeat the layers twice more and then place in the freezer until firm.
