Ingredients

1 lb pork belly
2 cucumbers (sliced)
2 tomatoes ((optional))
1 red onion (sliced)
3 pieces chili pepper (chopped)
¾ cup white vinegar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons white sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup banana ketchup
1 head garlic
½ lemon
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Add the pork belly. Marinate for at least 3 hours.

Grill the pork belly until fully cooked. Slice it into serving pieces. Set aside.

Combine all the sauce ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add the sliced pork, cucumber, tomato, onion, and chili pepper. Toss until well blended.

Transfer to a serving plate. Serve.
