Ingredients

3 ½ tablespoons kosher salt
1 ½ teaspoons rubbed sage
1 ½ teaspoons dried thyme
1 ¼ teaspoons whole black peppercorns
1 ¼ teaspooons pink peppercorns
¼ teaspoon dried juniper berries
½ teaspoon whole allspice berries

Instructions

Set the salt aside.

Add all of the dry spices to a spice blender and pulse until the mixture is a fine rub.

Combine the salt with the pulverized spices.

Store in an airtight container.
