Super Moist Zucchini Bread

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup honey
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup grated zucchini (about 1 medium zucchini)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease an 8x4-inch loaf pan using nonstick spray.
In a large mixing bowl, use a large spoon to stir together 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, and 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.
Pour in 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce, 1 cup honey, 1 large egg, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and stir until combined.
Use a rubber spatula to fold in 1 cup grated zucchini, scraping the sides and bottom of the bowl as you fold so that everything gets mixed in and the zucchini gets dispersed throughout the batter. Transfer to the prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
