Ingredients

3 cups diced peaches (about 6 peaches, diced into ¼-½ inch pieces)
3 tablespoons finely diced jalapeno (seeds removed, about 1 large jalapeno worth)
¼ cup red onion (very thinly sliced and chopped)
½ small bunch of cilantro (about cup chopped small)
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 large lime worth)
¼ teaspoon kosher salt (adjust to taste)
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (adjust to taste)

Instructions
