Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 9x13 or 8x11-inch baking pan.

In a small bowl, stir together 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon yellow curry powder, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon salt until well combined. Set aside.

Remove 12 count package Hawaiian rolls from the packaging and keep them in a slab. Slice them in half lengthwise to create two separate slabs, a top and bottom. Place the bottom slab into the prepared baking pan.

Assemble your sliders by spreading the mayo mixture on the bottom slab to cover. Top with an even layer of half of your shredded pepper jack cheese. Layer 1 pound deli sliced turkey on top of the cheese and then spoon 7 ounce can diced green chiles on top of the turkey to cover. Sprinkle the remaining pepper jack cheese on top to cover. Place the top slab of Hawaiian rolls on top to complete the sandwich.

In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 tablespoon poppy seeds, 1 tablespoon dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon onion powder, and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce until well combined.

Drizzle or brush the butter mixture over the top of the sandwiches to cover.

Loosely cover the pan with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, or until cheese is completely melted. Serve hot.
