Mango Avocado Salsa

Ingredients
1 mango (, diced)
1 medium avocado (, diced)
1 small red onion (, chopped)
1 red pepper (, chopped)
1 jalapeno (, sliced)
Juice of 1 lime
1/4 cup fresh cilantro or parsley (, chopped)
Salt and pepper (, to taste)

Instructions
Dice the mango into small pieces and place into a medium bowl.
Chop the onion and red pepper and add to the bowl.
Dice the avocado and add to the bowl.
Slice the jalapeno and add to the bowl.
Chop the parsley or cilantro and add to the bowl.
Stir in the lime juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve this salad with your favorite meat or fish or as an appetizer alongside tortilla chips.
Refrigerate the leftovers for up to 2 days. Enjoy!
