Ingredients

6 cups seedless watermelon (cut into 1-inch pieces)
½ pound fresh cherries (pitted)
1 pound strawberries (quartered)
5 ounces blueberries
5 ounces blackberries
¼ cup fresh mint leaves (roughly torn)
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

Combine the watermelon, cherries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and mint in a medium-sized bowl.

Whisk together the lime juice, honey, and salt. Drizzle over the fruit. Toss to coat. Chill until ready to serve.
