Root Beer Ice Cream

Ingredients

1½ cups heavy cream (divided)
1 cup whole milk
½ cup root beer syrup drink mix ((I use the Soda Stream brand.))
¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Combine the cream, milk, root beer syrup, and salt in a large bowl and whisk to combine.

Pour into your ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
